These terms apply when you use joyfulthrows.com or shop with Joyful Throws, operated by Joyful Jamboree LLC. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

You must be an adult able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access another person’s account or send harmful content through our forms.

What we sell

Our collection focuses on non-electric throw blankets for adult sofas, chairs and home relaxation. Product pages describe the selected style and available options. Dimensions are approximate and can vary slightly. Screen settings and lighting can affect the color you see. Photos may show styling accessories; only the throw described in the product details is included.

Follow the care label supplied with your throw. Do not assume that all materials can be washed or dried in the same way. Our throws are not electric heating products or safety equipment.

Prices and ordering

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The item price, applicable shipping and any applicable tax are shown before an order is submitted. Adding a product to a bag does not reserve it or form a purchase contract. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt; an order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may contact you to correct an address, resolve a product availability issue or explain a pricing error before accepting an affected order.

If an item cannot be supplied or an order is canceled before dispatch, any amount charged for that item will be refunded. We do not substitute a different style without your agreement. Changes to prices apply to later orders and do not alter an already accepted order.

Delivery and returns

We ship only to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by the product’s estimated transit period. See the Shipping Policy for timing, charges and delay handling.

Eligible unused throws in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The Refund Policy explains the return address, responsibility for shipping costs and inspection and refund timing.

Content and product information

Our branding, original descriptions and site design are provided for browsing and shopping. Do not copy or republish them for commercial use without permission. If you spot an error in a listing, please contact us so we can review it. We may correct information without changing rights relating to an already accepted order.

Service and responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the store accurate and available. Temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or limits our responsibility for obligations we are legally required to meet.
